I fit my yoga in first thing

When I get up each day.

Put toddler in the travel cot.

She just sits and plays. 😇

I only do a little bit,

It’s easy to sustain.

For me, it is the perfect start.

It focusses my brain. 🤓

My neck and shoulder knots were bad.

I hunched at my PC.

But yoga’s ironed each one out,

And now I am pain free. 🙂
